I have an extensive background that covers a host of disciplines including nutrition, calisthenic, hybrid training, weight management and functional training. Learning to keep a balance between nutrition, fitness, sports, recovery and juggling the fast pace of life ups and downs isn’t and hasn’t been easy. It took a lot of dedication and trial-and-error to reach the level of fitness I have today.
